• Any custom changes are non-refundable. Ring sizing is considered a custom change. Charges will be applied before work is begun.

Shipping

• We ship to the US and Canada only.
• All shipments are 2 day Federal Express with signature required.

Return Policy

• Articles are accepted for return or exchange within 5 business days.
• We ask that you phone or email us and let us know that the item is being returned.
• Item must be in original condition accompanied by a sales receipt.
• No returns on sale items or custom design work, or rings that have been sized.
• Refunds will be issued by check or credit card minus a 6% transaction fee and shipping charges.
