Munya Avigail Upin

Munya Avigail Upin is an educator, galleriist, and award-winning artist. Her work is in museums, galleries and private collections throughout the United States. She lectures and teaches across the country.
Munya has been working with metal for over 50 years. She has taught at the University of Wisconsin at Madison, Southwest Texas State University, the Massachusetts College of Art, the Museum School in Boston and numerous art centers throughout the United States. She has been awarded a Mid-America Arts Alliance fellowship, Niche award and others.
