This unique design features a 5 carat cushion cut Malaya Garnet with .04ct Diamonds flanking it, hand made in 18K rose gold. Malaya garnet is a rare, “hybrid” garnet, primarily a mix of pyrope (red) and spessartite (orange) and sometimes almandine garnets. It was discovered in the East African Umba Valley of Tanzania/Kenya and is also found in Madagascar.
